La siguiente fue mi experiencia....Tuve dudas de que este taller fuese a servirme de alguna manera. Aceptar que una tiene problemas, no es algo que una acepta así como así. Hay alguien que puede ayudarte a entenderte y a guiarte a hacer cambios en tu vida que quizás no te atrevías a hacer antes. Hay veces que ni si quiera te habías dado de cuenta de que existían estos problemas dentro de ti! Nos afectan a nosotros tal como a los de nuestro alrededor. Gracias Julie, por la experiencia que tuve contigo y tus clases. Siempre nos hace falta querernos más a nosotras mismas para poder poner en práctica lo que en realidad queremos hacer, y para tomar decisiones que nos benefician a nosotras primero, y para poder dar lo mejor de nosotras sin culpas ni remordimientos. Tus clases son maravillosas, estás cambiando la vida de muchas mujeres. Pienso ahora en cambiar mi forma de pensar, actuar, y quererme más.. Estás haciendo un trabajo excelente y precioso tal como eres tu.

Focalizacion, gratitud , acción and just do it !!!! Tu sesión me sirvió para estar mas enfocada en lo que quiero y dejar de pensar en lo que no quiero , proyectarme más en lo bueno que si tengo alrededor de mi , un espíritu de querer tomar acción en áreas de mi vida personal y además cultivar mejor mi fe en dios !!! Hello, My name is Carmen and I am from Valencia, Spain. I met Julie Tarazona 4 years ago. When I met her I was going through one of the worse moments of my life. I was obese, insecure, and had tons of fears. I stuck to her like glue and decided to follow all her personal and business tips. In three months I lost 22 lbs and developed massive mental strength. She gave me the strength to believe in myself and along with my husband we now work from home helping other people change. Something I will never forget was when I picked up Julie Tarazona from Valencia, in route to Castellón where I wanted my team to meet the person who transmitted so much strength via conference calls (since she lives in the US). The conversation I had with Julie as my coach in the car, I will never forget. Just having her close to me gave me so much strength that I was able to communicate all the issues I carried all my life that were limiting throughout my life. It is in that moment that I made concise and focused decisions. I started dreaming huge after that and making huge changes both in my mindset and physical body! My business changed radically and I am now living the life I wanted because I now make my choices. Life choices don’t make me. I will always be grateful for what she conveys when I hear her speak, and because I listen to her weekly I know this is just starting. Could you believe now I created an empowerment health project in Castellón, Spain to also empower other women??? She showed me who I was, and what I am able to do. In life we go through many different seasons.. When I moved to South Florida several years ago I was introduced to Julie Tarazona as my Director for MK at the time. She did not know me and I did not know her but it did not take long for me to get to know her not just as my business coach but as truly a woman who lived every word she spoke. I was at a very dark place in my life at that time that she did not know about. Nevertheless, she had this caring and compassionate spirit about here that elevated me whenever I was in her presence. Unbelievably amazing! Julie Tarazona couldn't have come at a more critical time in my life ... I was 37, in the midst of a divorce with two small kids, and felt like I was spiraling out of control.
